License & Usage Terms

01 Software License Grant

Chamaeleo Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PatientHub platform according to your active subscription plan. This license is granted solely for your internal clinic management operations and does not transfer any ownership rights.

The license becomes effective upon account activation and remains valid for the duration of your active subscription.

02 Permitted Use

Under this license, you are permitted to:

• Access and use PatientHub for managing patient records, appointments, billing, prescriptions, and other clinic workflows.
• Allow authorized staff members (doctors, secretaries, administrators) to access the platform within your clinic account.
• Use all features included in your active subscription plan.
• Access the platform from any device via the web application or installed Progressive Web App (PWA).
• Enable optional integrations (WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar) as available within your plan.
• Export or back up your clinic data through the platform's supported export features.

03 Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the PatientHub platform or its source code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the platform or any part of it to any third party.
• Share your login credentials or grant access to individuals who are not authorized clinic staff under your account.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, access control, or authentication mechanism.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform beyond your own clinic's data exports.
• Use the platform in a way that interferes with or disrupts the service for other users.

04 Ownership & Intellectual Property

• PatientHub and all related software, design, source code, features, algorithms, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Chamaeleo Tech.
• This license does not transfer any ownership, title, or intellectual property rights to you.
• Feedback, feature requests, or suggestions you provide may be used by Chamaeleo Tech without any obligation or compensation.
• Patient data, clinic content, and records you enter into the platform remain the property of your clinic and patients. PatientHub acts solely as a data processor.

05 Data Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into the platform, including patient records, billing information, prescriptions, and dental chart entries.
• PatientHub is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from user-entered data.
• You must ensure that patient data is handled in compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from patients before entering their data into the system or enabling integrations on their behalf.

06 Subscription & License Tiers

Access to platform features is governed by your active subscription plan:

• Basic Plan ($25/month): One staff user. Core features including appointment management, patient management, prescriptions, to-do list, dashboard, and multi-device access.
• Professional Plan ($50/month): Two staff users. All Basic features plus billing & invoicing, forms & workflows, WhatsApp notifications, Google Calendar sync, expense tracking, and public booking page.
• Clinical Plan ($85/month): Five staff users. All Professional features plus multi-clinic management, dental chart, clinic directory, role-based permissions, activity tracking, and priority support. Additional users available at $15/user/month.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card required to start.

07 License Termination

This license and your access to the platform will be terminated if:

• You violate any provision of these License & Usage Terms or the Terms & Conditions.
• Your subscription payment lapses and is not resolved after reasonable notice.
• The platform is used for unauthorized, illegal, or harmful purposes.
• Chamaeleo Tech determines that continued access poses a security or compliance risk.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may request an export of your clinic data within the data retention window before permanent deletion.

08 Updates & Changes

Chamaeleo Tech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature, service, or aspect of the PatientHub platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

License terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
